Genesis 3:19 records that “In the sweat of thy brow shalt thou eat bread..."; speaking of the judgment that came upon Adam. Adam (Hebrew 'humanity' or 'mankind'), was thus a proxy for humanity. Yahweh was therefore speaking about a spiritual dimension that far exceeded humanity having to work hard to eat physical bread. We are also informed of a vital principle viz: first in the natural and then the spiritual. Mornay Johnson breaks this scripture open with Holy Spirit revelation to show us something profound that Yaweh was trying to communicate.
